After the fire in the mountain

Lovely location. Shame that the wildfire scorched so much of that area. Because of the location I'm guessing they used planes or helicopters to dump water on the fire. Otherwise looks like a tough area to access by land vehicle.

The area is relatively small for this summer (we had many wildfires

) and it's easy to access by car (4x4) unlike many others accessible by foot only, We do not have dedicated fire planes or helicopters

we bought the First and only mountain rescue helly This year it's a shame (but keep sky clear for drones

)

Good to know that a 4x4 could access that area. Fire planes and fire helos get used here a lot, especially on the West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington State).
