I have been facing the following issues since the last immediate version to the version titled and now with this version as well on my perfectly running Android 11. These are:
1. Transmission settings always revert to Manual 2.4GHz instead of Auto. Never before have I experienced this, and it has always been set to Auto.
2. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the app never stops Locating instead of fixing with a green tick mark indicating the phone's GPS lock. My phone's GPS is turned on, and the default permissions requested by DJI Fly have all been approved as they popped up.
3. Maps under the compass menu (from the lower left on the flight screen) disappeared with a blank slate. I am always connected to the internet when flying.
Here are the steps I already tried:
A. Cleared Fly app cache from Android app settings.
B. Cleared App Cache from within Fly > Profile.
C. Force stopped Fly.
D. Restarted Phone.
E. Re-calibrated GPS in Google Maps.
F. Uninstalled and then reinstalled using newly downloaded apk from DJI.
I'm having trouble viewing the vertical camera,
When I switch from horizontal to vertical the application screen does not rotate automatically, the menu to change modes (H / V) is blocked after that!
I've also got some issues with the v1.14.1 firmware on Xiaomi Mi 10t lite. When I try to connect Mini 2 SE drone to the phone the app starts restarting and goes into restart loop. V1.14.0 works fine.
After this update, I'm unable to fly using my iphone 15 Pro. I can fly using my Android phone.
NOTE: A third party app I use for business from Bees360 works fine with the iphone. This issue is only with this latest update and everything worked fine previously. Please fix this ASAP.
I see DJI just released 1.14.2, and updated my two android phones and RC2, seems to work, although my new neo lost positioning in the living room, and my buddy had to catch it before it hit the wall. Raining out, so not a great day for indoor satelite locks, so will blame it on that for the moment, lol.
I updated the app to v1.14.2 (1065) yesterday and the Recommended Zone issue is now solved. Not sure about my other two problems until I get a chance to fly this week.
I had already tried it as I mentioned in the post. But it failed to solve the issues. However, DJI has just released an update that addressed the ever-loading "Locating" issue, I have yet to test if my other problems are solved though.

Hopefully, it resolves each of these major issues.

I fixed my app locating by just turning off my wifi. There are a lot of things that could use a little on/off slider button in the fly app
The new version should fix it without taking these extra measures just to get GPS lock.

Okay I was too quick to judge. It seems like the "Locating" issue persists. Weirdly, even after getting the green tick Recommended Zone.
Pretty sure my mini 4 does the same thing with the RC2, it doesn't seem to be using much in the way of resources as everything is working as it should.
