Hello anyone that can help!!

When I download videos to my phone they not only wont play on the phone they will then not play on the drone itself. When I delete the video from my phone it will go back to being able to play on the drone!!
Why wont videos play on my phone i have also checked other phones and the same issue?????

We are sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device and check if the issue persists. Can those videos be played on the computer normally?

Hi Diana thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested with the same issue. Its literally as I download a video. It won't play on my phone or the drone, but when I delete it from my phone it'll play on the drone once again

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that photos and videos of all supported resolutions can be downloaded on the Album on the DJI Fly, but It may not be possible to be downloaded to the mobile device album directly, which is dependent on the mobile device's performance. As well, it also depends on the mobile device's performance whether supports playing the downloaded photo or video.
