The scattered showers have finally cleared here but now we have the winds to contend with. Just can't get a break with the weather these days.

I heard on the news that theres a big mosquito problem out in Florida at the moment due to all the extra rain.

They can be at times. I use mosquito repelling outdoor plants as part of my plants alongside the dock. I have lavender, marigolds, basil and lemon balm herb. These plants do seem to work as I rarely have mosquito around. I also have a few citronella lamps that help also. Now on the backside of my property where i have the large pond mosquitos are a different story and I will spray on some repellent every time I had back there just as a precaution.

Cool, I hope the weather improves for it, London in the rain can be miserable.

Do you know where they will be visiting. I assume the school is organising it.

I hope so too.
I actually don't know the program.
I'm sure they will visit some of the well known sites.

Well theres plenty to choose from in London, enough to keep you busy for months in fact.

Yeah, I have been there once.
(in fact, the same trip as she goes, but just almost 30 years later)

It's a shame they left it so late in the year, its much nicer in spring and summer.

Perhaps before they get too deep into the studies or it's cheaper.

She's 15....
And had to sign a contract not to drink any alcohol etc.
Not from me.
I'll give here her drivers licence if she manages to avoid that before turning 19
