Not all NEO flights on Flight Data Center

I don't see all my Neo flights log on Flight Data Center; I see some but not all...
Some of them were using Googles 3, some of them were just the drone itself flying...

I have the videos of all the flights but they are not logged on Flight Data Center like the others flights from others drones...

Do you know how to solve it???

The flights with Goggle 3 only upload to Flight Log Center after you connect Goggle via USB with DJI Fly App on mobile phone.

How would the drone upload your flight logs when it has no access to the Internet? You need to connect it to DJI Fly to have the logs synced.

I realise that. I connected it to DJI Fly when I got home and there was nothing to upload/download. Those 4-5 flights have vanished. I have the videos but not the logs.

My flights were using the drone only.

Does not work I tried. The autonomous flights are not being synced but are probably there onboard the craft for DJI to retrieve when you send it in for crash asessment..

Interesting, I got a whole bunch of short flights in my log with no gps data which I was assuming was the countless times my son flew it a bit in follow mode at home. Will test tomorrow. Do you have auto-sync and auto-upload turned on?

Allright interessting. Tried syncing with DJI Fly wia Wifi, cable and even DJI Aassistant. And now I found them on Airdata. Earlier I discarded them as ”testflights” but now I understand they are indeed my flights at home and the follow me in the courtyard and the street, Yes I also have autosync.

I have the same issue.All flights that are made using palm take off without active mobile phone connection are not synced after I connect the drone to the phone. I can export them but I can't manually upload them. Auto syn is on and still no luck.any idea how to fix this?
