I have only been able to connect my Neo to the app twice for a short time so far, and then absolutely never again. The WiFi connection is briefly established and then immediately interrupted again.
Direct connection via iOS settings unfortunately leads to the same result. Short connection (1-2 seconds) and immediate disconnection.
I'm having a similar issue with a Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 except it only connects briefly after a phone reboot. After that it just times out - even though the wifi is connected at full strength.
Restart the App, restart the Neo, restart the Device etc.
