I have only been able to connect my Neo to the app twice for a short time so far, and then absolutely never again. The WiFi connection is briefly established and then immediately interrupted again.
Direct connection via iOS settings unfortunately leads to the same result. Short connection (1-2 seconds) and immediate disconnection.

I assume you have rebooted your Phone and App and also the drone. What Phone are you using ?

Hi,

i did tested it with 3 different devices.

iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18)
iPhone 15 (iOS 17)
iPad Mini (iOS 17)

Also i have the new current firmware update installed via DJI Assistant.

I did it multiples times :-)

Restart the App, restart the Neo, restart the Device etc.

I'm having a similar issue with a Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 except it only connects briefly after a phone reboot.  After that it just times out - even though the wifi is connected at full strength.

Have you got wifi and also cellular turned on I think it might need both for the update. Also did you fully charge the Battery to activate it
