Hello.  Having an issue with my Mini 3 Pro.  This has now happened on three video shots on different days.  I'm not sure if there is a problem with the device or if I need to re-calibrate something.

I've noticed this when I'm using the "dronie" shot.  I'm not touching any controls once I've activated the Dronie shot.  As the camera moves away, it will do a "stutter step" up in the shot that it never did before.  It happens in this clip around the 0:08 mark.  Any advice?

Thank you.

I think the video is now working.  Any thoughts about the jumping video?  Thank you.

Hi there,

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. The gimbal is intended for mechanical stabilization. If stabilization fails, the gimbal will become shaky. I’ll introduce the troubleshooting steps, please try as below;
1) It is recommended to remove the gimbal protective cover before starting the drone.
2)Please check whether the aircraft is in Sports mode (S-mode) when the gimbal becomes shaky. In S-mode, greater emphasis is placed on flight performance. During flight, when the aircraft attitude is too large, the gimbal attitude stabilization cannot be guaranteed. If the gimbal is shaky in S-mode only, which is normal, please switch the flight mode of the aircraft to Normal mode (N-mode) or Cine mode (C-mode) to achieve a more stable view.

3)Please check whether the wind was strong in the flight environment. If the wind is too strong, the aircraft will vibrate, resulting in the image transmission screen being shaky. We recommend that you test the gimbal in a windless or breezy environment. (Check the local weather forecast to determine the wind velocity. If the wind is too strong, the app will issue a wind warning.)

4) If issue still persist upon checking according to all above method, please proceed with "Gimbal Calibration" as the operation steps below;
*Connect the aircraft to the DJI Fly app. Click the settings (···) icon on the upper right of the image transmission page, and then choose "Control", and "Gimbal Calibration".

We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You

No.  I have seen this only in this mode.

I never made a dronie, so I would have to test to see if mine does that too.
But it is very bad weather right now, and I have no plans on taking the drone out anytime soon when looking at the forecast.

I was out again this weekend with beautiful clear weather, no wind, and it appears it happened to me in dronie again.  I haven't tried to re-calibrate the gimbal as they suggested so I'm going to try that some time this week.

I have not flown since, so I could not test it.
Weather is not too nice this week, so I have to see if that works.

Thank you for this response.  I'd like to provide an update.

Pretty sure the weather and wind is not my issue as I've since tried it again on perfect days for flying and had the same issue.

I ended up doing the gimbal calibration and I "think" it has resolved the issue.  I just executed three "dronie" shots and I "think" it has resolved the issue.  I will circle back if it re-appears. Thanks again.

Hello.  Unfortunately, I'm back.

I was flying again today and noticed movement in dronie mode.  Also, I took a Pano shot and it looks like the stitching if off with the subject matter being mis-leveled.  I am assuming the camera may have moved.

I was using Quickshots for Dronie.  Not in sport mode.  Not a windy day.  Great weather.  I've uploaded and will see if I can link.  I reduced the quality to keep the file size small but you can see the movement around 0:19 to 0:20.  Like a shift.  I don't think this is normal.  Is it?    It appears perhaps the gimbal calibration wasn't the solution or maybe I need to do it again.

Any other recommendations?

Thank you.
