Active track in vertical mode

I have an RS3 mini with a Panasonic Lumix S5.
I love using the active track function; it's fantastic.
However, I have two issues:

Active track doesn't seem to work in vertical mode. As soon as I mount the camera in portrait orientation on the gimbal and activate active track, the system goes haywire. It doesn’t recognize that the camera is in a vertical position and moves in the wrong direction. Is there anything I can do about this?
Active track needs to be activated with the trigger. When I film myself, I use the Ronin app to control the gimbal. Is there also a button in the app to operate the trigger?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. For your information:
1. Vertical mode does not support ActiveTrack. ActiveTrack recognizes the camera view returned in Landscape mode, so it can be achieved normally when the camera is mounted horizontally. If the camera is mounted vertically on the gimbal, ActiveTrack cannot be achieved normally (the gimbal does not have a functional option to switch the ActiveTrack orientation).
2. I will double confirm if the app can initiate tracking and get back to you.

It seems like it shouldn't be a difficult software fix to resolve the orientation option?
As for the trigger, thanks for figuring that out. I'm curious to hear the answer!

Hi there, thank you for your patience. The ActiveTrack can not be triggered in the Ronin app for RS 3 Mini, thank you for your attention.

Weather we use the Raven Eye or the Lidar?
