JZ T30 Spotlight Activation Problems on M3T

Has anyone activated a JZ T30 spotlight on an Enterprise 3T recently? I cannot get the activation code to send. We've tried it on 2 drones: M3E and M3T and it's the same thing - code won't send and the device isn'r activating. The send button seems to not function. See attached PDF - we're stuck at the step shown on Page 8, step 5.
We have a stong internet connection to the controller and we are running the most-recent firmware on our controller and drone. So, the problem isn't one of those common issues.

JZ Support Portal doesn't work - URL is broken. Useless - no phone number and the chat doesn't respond.

I tried to activate it indoors where it had good Wi-Fi coverage but it didn't have GPS. Can't imagine how taking it outdoors could make a difference, but it's worth a try at this point. I'll give that a shot and report back.

When I still had a JZ T30, it only worked when the drone had no GPS reception.
I then had to install a different firmware, after which the T30 also worked outside with GPS reception.
The seller had organized the firmware for me.

The JZ T30 is working well for us and our post above turned out to be a defective spotlight. JZ replaced it for us and we've been happy since. We purchase our commercial drone hardward throught DronesMadeEasy. They are great do work with and supplied the light.

FYI - We do commercial inspection work on water towers and we use it for night work with both our M3T and our M3E - works equally well on either one.
