I cannot for the life of me activate my DJI SDR
I'm powering from USB-C (i've tried mains adaptor, powerbank and V-mount battery) as i do not use NP-F Batteries at all in my kit. I can hear the fan startup, but i see nothing on the screen (on either tx or rx) and when i connect to my mac mini (directly not using a hub) the DJI Ronin asssistant 2 does not see the device
this applies to both Tx and Rx, i downloaded Ronin Assistant 2 from the SDR page of the website, i've tried several usbA to C cables
other than assuming the units are both faulty what do I do?
