Charging the hub with a powerbank

Hi my friends,I just bought the neo ,it's a very easy to use device with fpv capabilities at a low cost.The 3 batteries want last more than 40-45 minutes and I wonder is there a way with a power bank to charge them thru the hub; And if so what will be the specs;

However, the output power of power banks varies by brand and model, and the actual time it takes to fully charge an intelligent flight battery should be based on actual performance.
