DJI GO 4 keeps crashing in iphone 11pro

Hi, it's been a year now constantly, that every time I fly my Mavic 2 Pro with my iPhone 11pro iOS18.2.1, at least once the DJI GO 4 app, dissapears from the screen. It happened for the first time in 2020, I emailed DJI and they told me to close all other applications before launching GO 4 and I always do. But now the GO 4 always dissapears from the screen, I relaunch it and thankfully so far it gets reconnect with the drone been far away.

Is there any change to regain my trust in flying my drone?

1. Please clear the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended). Hard restart the mobile phone
2. Check the App version, if the app is not the latest version, then it is recommended to update the app to the latest version. Download from the official website(Android) or App Store(IOS)
3. Please clear the cache from the app itself for testing. Please remind to back up the App data if required
4. Cross-test with another compatible mobile device to check whether it is caused by the compatible issue.
