Since the package is still stuck in customs, we have escalated this issue to our senior department already, we got the feedback that we could arrange the refund in advance without waiting for the package to return to our warehouse.
We have created a return case for a refund. The case number is CAS-20045437-R4K4T3.
We are proceeding with the pre-refund from our end. The refund will be issued via the same method that was used to make the payment. Normally, the refund process will be completed in about 1-3 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
