DJI mic2 Crackle Sound issue

Hello,

ive run into some issues with the Sound.

You can here a lot of crackles, it continues through a video of 2-3 Mins.
There were no big gap between me and the transmitter, about 2-3 Meter.
How can i stop this from happening in the future?

Camera that is being used is the Sony a7s3. all cables were directly from DJI and no third party stuff.

For this issue, please try the troubleshooting below. Kindly check if the issue persists after trying the steps.

(1) Enable the “Low Cut” function.

(2) Decrease the camera gain to 1/4. * Due to different camera performance, we cannot provide the specific dB value for reference. Please adjust it to 1/4.

- Place the DJI Mic transmitter close to the sound source. For example, place the DJI Mic transmitter close to the collar.

- Simulate the normal sound when recording, and observe the camera’s input level (recording volume) is -12~-6dB:

1) If it is -12~-6dB, it indicates that the level is appropriate.

2) If it is -3~0dB, it indicates that the level is too high. It is required to decrease the camera gain until the camera’s input level (recording volume) is -12~-6dB.

3) If it is <-12dB, it indicates that the level is too low. Please increase the receiver gain until the camera’s input level (recording volume) is -12~-6dB.
