Air3s 4G connection issues.

Hi, i'm in china, Changchun. My sim has data i owe nothing. Full internet conntion. i used to have a successful connection and now it says unable to establish 4g connections. do i have to buy another bundle for the dji. i just bought both the drone and the dongle 1 month ago. what's the issue. Note the no physical sim in my dongle. Thanks
