It's my pleasure DA.  If I had not seen the picture you posted with the swimmer and observer on the board I would not have believed somebody would have braved the waters at -5C.  That is either super dedicated or very crazy.

MXE is the street name but it stands for Methoxetamine (MXE).  Seems this drug is coming into the US from South American countries.
