Care Refresh with Video

has anyone been able to get CR using the video method for the Avata 2 (activation time has past),

it wants a screen recording of various things in the fly app but the when I connect the Avata 2 from my goggles to my phone i just get a mirror image of the goggles,

if i plug the Avata 2 directly into my phone the app doesnt see the Avata 2,

how do i follow the video request if i cant use the fly app as i would do with say a mini 3 or mini 4 etc.

I rang the care refresh team who told me to ring tech support who then tried to put me through to care refresh team who were supposed to send an email but nothng received.

I have used this method of CR activation with an Air2S and I simply used the recordings of my SD. In the case of the Avata i think that you have to use an SD card on your googles to do that recording and configurate the Fly App in order to get the recording in the drone and also on the googles.
