Hi there, Robyn9. We are sorry to hear about this feedback. Could you please confirm on the mobile phone you are using? In the meantime, you may follow these steps below:
1. Check if the device is in the linking mode with the remote controller. (DJI Neo in this mode cannot be connected via Wi-Fi.)
2. If the aircraft's body USB is connected to a mobile device or computer, the WiFi connection will also fail. You need to disconnect the USB before using the WiFi connection.
3. Check if this device was connected to another smartphone before. If DJI Neo was connected before, turn off the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on that smartphone, and then shut down the DJI Fly app to make sure they are fully disconnected. Then it is able to connect DJI Neo to the new smartphone.
4. The aircraft's WiFi name is incorrect;
5. DJI Neo only supports Wi-Fi on the 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency bands. If the Wi-Fi of the smartphone is on a different frequency band, it will not be able to establish a Wi-Fi connection with DJI Neo.
6. Check whether all permissions of the DJI Fly app are enabled
7. Check whether the VPN function is turned off
8. Choose aircraft Wifi in the phone's Wifi list and connect to this Wifi manually (need to input Wifi password manually).
We look forward to your response! Thanks. |
