I'm getting this message from DHL when I check on my shipping.
Shipment cannot be cleared and permission to re-export back to origin is available. Return entry is being processed by clearance.

An RT checkpoint with the new DHL Airwaybill used to return the shipment will be created when the goods are cleared to re-export.

My shipping # is: JD014600011955645342
Tracking # is: 7072489082
Order number is: 0016181466086

Any help would be great.

I have not contacted DHL. All of there email state "Do not reply". They are just updates on shipping.

I contacted the DHL rep. and the answer that they gave me as to why the package cannot be delivered is as follows: The content of the package did not pass the examination.
They would not provide any further information.

DHL also followed up and stated that DJI did not provide paperwork for clearance.
