That’s probably it lol, although it says shipped I haven’t seen any tracking number or haven’t received any email to date .

I know with spark it arrived from UK so you never know they could be already stocked in Europe, hopefully stores don’t get then before those who purchased direct .

Mine is still stuck in processing.  I’m in the US.  Did yours have the 20-25 estimate before the shipped status as well?

Well we already over halfway of the 20days, and nothing really happened , besides they deducted the payment from my account.i ordered 30oct , i doubt that these days are feasible. As it is delivery time 20-25 days. Its even still in processing. So its only 10- 15days , to finish processing , shipping time from china???  Etc etc .Hmmm well lets see.  Maybe not even before chistmas

Yes, it's a long time to wait. I remember (might be the case now) when the new iPhone 11 came out, the shipment takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered whereas if you go to the store and wait in a long line, you can buy it directly. Looks like it's the trend right now to make customers pay for their products to manufacture

I ordered it on the 1st of November in a Swiss shop (they give 2 years warranty on products instead of 1by DJI) and I got a shipping confirmation with delivery on 11-12 of November. It’s already at the post office for dispatching ( the combo)

Mine says processing still an I don't see a charge on my card is that odd? Should they have already taken the money out of my card.

Yes, mine has been deducted.

Was it deducted right away. Mine went to step three processing, and did step 2 saying paid. But I don't see charge on my card.

Yes straight away it was deducted. Yes mine is now being processed. If it says paid on your account , i shouldnt be worried if i were you . If it wasnt paid i am sure the wont put the order on paid

Mine still says processing. But it is the weekend and I didn’t order mine before two days after pre-orders started.
Monday (tomorrow) is a holiday here, but I still remain positive that I’ll get mine soon.
I was able to download the app though.

App was released on iOS today it’s available.

I found the app earlier today. I had to use the QR code though. Still doesn’t show up for me if I search for it directly. Makes me even more excited for my MM to arrive!!!

Guys I guess most of you are new with DJI, and not went thru the nightmare of Mavic Pro launch.
Honestly I think DJI had learn their lesson and will not repeat the horrible online diseater again.  
Regarding the combo which did remind me about the MP launch years ago...  what should happen you guys should get it before X’mas or earlier.  But it might happen your local store start selling Combo package before your online order change any status.  Trust me this happen to my Mavic Air combo order before and I end up cancel the online order and get it from local store.
DJI current delivery date for combo is 20-25days, but this might not even be the case when you contact their CS.  As they always said first come first ship, so if order amount is huge and our orders might line up over 25days.  But this doesn't apply to other online store or local shop preorder, as their dealer definitely have another line of stock supply.  So you might ask yourself what the point to preorder from DJI?  Yes you guys are lucky now as you can cancel all preorder online before it ship (like Apple) which we can’t even do that before.
