The Pennine Way is a National Trail in England, with a small section in Scotland. The trail stretches for 268 miles from Edale, in the northern Derbyshire Peak District, north through the Yorkshire Dales and Northumberland National Park and ends at Kirk Yetholm, just inside the Scottish border.It

is the oldest, and arguably the most iconic, of England’s National Trails.

There's a couple of footpaths, but the one I took was opposite the Old Nag's Head, where the KEEP CLEAR marking is on the road.

There's a high hedge on one side (campsite side) and a brook running down the other side of the path.
You can follow it quite a distance on Google Streetview.

First part looks pretty drab and then as it breaks out into sheep fields it perks up.   And no killer cows in sight.      At least thats what WILDBEARE on her last stranded video tells me.

Definitely a really nice spot to go to with the drone.  

I need to get back to my drum lessons.  I took the week off as I was preparing for a pistol tournament.  It was a really good weekend.  I came in 3rd out of 240 shooters.  The two that beat me both have sponsorships and enter over 30 tournaments a year.  So I felt good about placing 3rd.  However, now I need to get back on the sticks so I can impress my drum instructor.  I did get this new coffee cup.

Having been chased by cows a few times in the past I hope the farmers listen,    these bunch chased me across the field and I dont think they even had calves.
