May I know what's the estimated altitude when the error appears? And how about the environment?

usually between  9-15 m altitude in different places. I have this problem since April 2018. I've been waiting so much time and I want to know if it's a hardware or software fault. This is the same situation VPS red colour

Just to verify, do you refer to Ultrasonic Sensor Error or Downward Sensor Error? If it is the former, I've responded to you in 78#. If it is the latter, please kindly offer the issue video and the corresponding flight data for further analysis, thanks!

Hi Susan, we are now less than 2 months away from 2020... has there been any updates or fixes to the issue with the downward sensors? I am on my 4th Phantom 4 now after several years since the release, and I have had this error with every single Phantom I have owned. No crashes and I have never used aftermarket products.

I still have the same problem with my drone. I've been waiting for 18 months and nothing has been done to make it better. It is a pity that the manufacturer does not help in such cases. Error of these sensors during fail safe procedure can lead to drone crash (autoland) !!!!

downgrade firmware to version 01.02.0603, problem solved
