Could you check your DJI Mini 4 Pro and DJI RC2 is running on the latest firmware and app update. If it is not kindly update them via DA2. Upon update if the issue still persist, perform a gimbal calibration by Go to DJI Fly and tap Settings > Control > Gimbal Calibration to calibrate the gimbal.

Hi Natalia, I went through all those steps with a DJI tech rep and absolutely nothing worked. The aircraft's camera was faulty when shipped. I returned it to B&H and got a new one. My initial customer feedback: this is the first drone I have ever purchased but also shows the main issue with DJI which is the lack of quality assurance and inspection from China.

Updated my Mini 4 Pro and RC2, and both my phones to the latest firmware so I could control my Neo. So RC 02.07.000, Fly app 1.14.1, and aircraft 01.00.0700 updated fine although a lengthly process over the air. Everything seems to work as it should in test flights, and great to see DJI has finally got the firmware right.
Picked up the Neo flymore kit a couple days ago. Initially I used it with the supplied RCN3 controller and my One Plus phone, but much to my Mini 4's horror, I hooked the Neo up to my RC2 and flew it around inside my house with no issue except scaring the neighbors.. Once I had switched back and forth a couple times between drones in the RC 2's connection guide, the RC2 automatically linked by popping up a little switching firmware box and promptly displaying camera view. Bravo DJI!!!

In my test flight after updating, I didn't see any sign of my mini 4 porpoising through the air, and it seemed faster in corners in normal mode. One can only hope

Hi Folks, I’ve just updated the firmware on my mini 4 pro yesterday.
Today I fly a little with the drone and noticed that after the update it’s not landing properly. It starts jumping around as soon as it’s touches the ground, moving approx 1m in diameter and it won’t stop the motors. Therefore it recently crashed into a nearby obstacle  damaging the propellers. While flying everything is fine, smooth and stable. No oscillation.
Anyone has a suggestion? Ive calibrated the IMU twice, without success

The distance of GPS position changes during satellite searching if there are tall buildings or other interferences in the surroundings. If the GPS signal is weak or the aircraft is locating its position, the distance shown in the App will change when the aircraft does not take off or hover in the air. Please take off the aircraft in an open area without  obstructions, or wait for a good GPS signal before taking off. When taking off in such environments, please ensure the updated home point is the real takeoff position, avoiding the wrong RTH location when the aircraft returns to home. Please take off the aircraft in an open area without  obstructions, or wait until the aircraft finishes satellite searching for the accurate positioning.

If issue persist, please send us a video recording of the problem. This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the most accurate solution based on the specific issue you're encountering. We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You

1. Please check whether the remote controller’s control stick mode and the control stick operation are correct. If the control stick mode is Mode 2, push the left control stick downward to land.
2. Calibrate the remote controller and ensure that the remote controller’s control stick can respond normally.
3.3. Check whether the landing ground meets the conditions (for example, whether the ground is flat, whether there is a water surface). For drones with a landing protection function, when the Downward Vision System works and the ground does not meet the landing conditions, the aircraft will hover and wait for the user’s further operation.
4. Could you confirm the flight environment and avoid flying through clouds or in a heavy fog environment, which will affect the Downward Vision System.
5. Check whether there are payload under the aircraft which may affect the Downward Vision System.

If the issue persists after the above troubleshooting methods have been tried, please provide flight records for further confirmation. We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You

A new firmware for the RC2 was released yesterday along with a new DJI Fly version (1.15.0) for compatibility with the new Air 3S.
As another new functionality, they added an extra field in the hyperlapse screen that shows at any time how many seconds of video are recorded / the maximum number of seconds. A useful information. More clearly in the picture below

Just installed all DJI firmware updates to accomodate the Air 3S, Fly app 1.15.0, with RC2 firmware 04.01.0000, along with the update for my Goggles 3, and everything works as it should.
I do see a discrepancy in the app static safety data at 01.00.01.35 and the aircraft static safety data still being 01.00.01.34.
However.... DJI are you insane! You just placed the distance from the home point where the elevation used to be on the RC2 display, along with 2 icons that are difficult to see and tell apart in bright sunlight on the controller.
Moving the Distance from homepoint above the Height would have just made the display cluttered and hard to read, but inverting them and placing the distance where the height used to be is irresponsible and dangerous. Adding similar and difficult to quickly discern icon's just adds to the mess.

The distance and height display layout was fine the way it was and was easy to read at a glance.
Looks like a bad marketing decision, change the Height and Distance display back to the way it was before the update please!

Hi Support,

I have some question to ask. last weekend. when I was shooting using my m4pro. I used the dronie quickshot mode. It does the shot with no problem.

But the only issue  I have encountered was, as it was going down after finishing the shot. the gimbal tilted up. I have not touched the gimbal control wheel, it just tilted up.
before I used the aircraft, everything was normal. Also the weather is normal. No high wind gusts or whatever. Is this normal?

Hope there's gonna be a reply or a solution for this.

Could you confirm whether the gimbal is set to Follow mode? Additionally, could you provide the footage showing the issue you're encountering? Alternatively, we recommend you please try with gimbal calibration, resetting gimbal parameters, and IMU calibration.
