Have the same issue with my samsung s10 on android 11. Really anoying to find out 3 of my motion timelapses, produced with a lot of effort, were for nothing and even worse to read here that the issue was already reported months ago and was not fixed or at least communicated to owners by DJI, shame on you for such poor customer service
Update; I tried my third party video editor app VLLO and that can process the 4k motion timelapse produced the mimo app, so at least you don't loose your footage. The file size of the original file is still absurd though, when processed with VLLO much beter, so then you can delete the original one.
DJI FIX THIS ISSUE!!!! To everyone else, please comment on this issue in the google play store to put pressure on DJI to fix it and prevent others from being disappointed.
How are you posting reviews on the Google Play store? The app was not in the play store when I searched it, and I had to side load it from the DJI app.
It really seems like this is not the company to get a gimbal from if you are an Android user. They seem dedicated to iOS. |
