Same here. DJI mini3. New product. Never flew. Just did the Firmware-Update for drone, controller and batteries before I've tried to use it. After that the error showed up. Send it back. Reading this thread it seems to me DJI does not live up to it's name.

hello, I also had the error 30210. my DJI mini 3 had fallen and an arm was broken off. I replaced it and looped the wires together. 1 of those wires only touched the motherboard, which caused this malfunction. So it does not have to be the ESC board, as many say. so it is possible that there is a slight short circuit somewhere. especially look at the sides of the motherboard. It is also possible that the black sticker (I think this is a heat shield for the battery to protect the motherboard) is abraded and that it hits something, because in my case it contains metals.

I get the Power error 30210 because I use air conditioning indoors and then when I go outside the DJI mini 3 becomes damp and I get this error. At first I thought it was because I had replaced the arm, but the problem came back. I had no problems in the Netherlands, but now here in Bali I get the error because of 100 percent humidity

Help! I have flown my DJI Mini 4K, 5 times, and it's suddenly started saying "power system hardware error. restart aircraft (code 30210)"

It hasn't had any damage.. I've carefully flown it up 20ft and back down again. What do I do?? DJI say send it to the Netherlands? it's 5 days past the 15 day return window. I'm about to go on holiday which is why I bought it... agggghhh

I have to say, I managed to fix the problem just now, and I'd like to inform anyone who is experiencing the same issue what I did to resolve my 30210 problem, and maybe it could help them, and the support team at DJI.

I tried restarting the drone, resetting to factory settings, inspecting the blades & motors, etc... The motors twitched when I powered it on, so I knew they were connected.

So I tried the firmware solution.

After installing the DJI Assistant 2 (consumer drones series) app on an M2 Mac, (which is a pain fyi) and refreshing the firmware on the controller and drone, maaany, many times. Nothing worked.

HOWEVER, (and apologies to anyone just wanting the fix for the preamble) THE THING THAT WORKED FOR ME, was inside the DJI fly app, (with the controller and drone turned on, Warning error showing)

Go to settings, Safety, scroll down to sensors, and



do the IMU normal calibration.  

Boom. Works again.

So maybe DJI could suggest that to some sad DJI owners, see if it helps. I'm happier now myself.

I had the same problem and i discovered that i had a damaged motor after a crash. I replaced the motor and the problem went away.

I got the same Power system error (30210) and it did Not work for me to recalibrate the sensors sadly..

There seem to be many suggestions out there but all centered around changing parts (motor for rotors; replacing ESC-board etc..) which seems complicated and involve soldering - saw a video on youtube...

Would be great if someone confirmed what solved their errors

Power system error leans more on a bad motor not really the esc board. If it was an esc issue,an esc error would be displayed.
