Hi there. Please try to restart the aircraft and fresh the firmware if possible. If the issue persists after several times trying, then send back the aircraft to DJI for diagnosis. You could complete the online repair request on our official website and return it for further diagnosis. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/gb/repair/index
Hi Natalia,
Thank you for your response,
I have to say, I managed to fix the problem just now, and I'd like to inform anyone who is experiencing the same issue what I did to resolve my 30210 problem, and maybe it could help them, and the support team at DJI.
I tried restarting the drone, resetting to factory settings, inspecting the blades & motors, etc... The motors twitched when I powered it on, so I knew they were connected.
So I tried the firmware solution.
After installing the DJI Assistant 2 (consumer drones series) app on an M2 Mac, (which is a pain fyi) and refreshing the firmware on the controller and drone, maaany, many times. Nothing worked.
HOWEVER, (and apologies to anyone just wanting the fix for the preamble) THE THING THAT WORKED FOR ME, was inside the DJI fly app, (with the controller and drone turned on, Warning error showing)
Go to settings, Safety, scroll down to sensors, and
do the IMU normal calibration.
Boom. Works again.
So maybe DJI could suggest that to some sad DJI owners, see if it helps. I'm happier now myself. |
