I think they were flying slowly,   what annoyed me though was they were not broadcasting ADS-B.   If they were on a job then fine,  but a fly past in safe skies I think they should have had that turned on.

None of the local military jets (F-15C) or helos broadcast ADS-B.  Sometimes they will do a high speed fly-by and scare the c... out of you.

I think thats wrong,  if they are on operations then fine you dont want to tell the enemy they are coming,  but for a fly by of a football match I think it would be safer to broadcast.

I definitely don't disagree with you on that.  If you're not on a combat or reconnaissance mission ADS-B should be turned on.

We have police helicopters that get used heavily here and when they are in chase mode I have noticed they turn it off,  but if they are just checking traffic etc they have it on.   Im a bit addicted to to running Dumo1090.
