I can tell you what worked for me, what i did was this camera access denied? That's a pain, especially when you're trying to, like, Instagram a picture of your amazing lunch or use a QR code scanner. It's usually a pretty easy fix, though.
Basically, your iPhone is just being extra cautious about privacy. It wants to make sure apps aren't secretly using your camera without you knowing. So, you have to give each app permission to use it.
The way you do that is super simple. Just go into your iPhone's Settings. Then, scroll down a bit until you find the app that's giving you trouble. Tap on it. You should see a list of things that app can access, and "Camera" will be one of them. If it's toggled off (it'll be grey), just tap the little switch to turn it on (it'll turn green).
That's it! Now, that app should be able to use your camera. You'll probably have to do this for each app that needs camera access, but you only have to do it once for each app. So, if you grant access to Instagram once, it'll remember and you won't have to do it again unless you change the setting.
If you are facing the issue after trying these solutions, you can follow for more details instruction below.
