Hi there,
Would like to confirm if the battery and drone firmware are running on the latest version. If it is not kindly update the firmware. Please try the steps as below;
1.Observe whether the overall appearance of the battery is damaged or bulging, and whether the charging port is abnormal.
2.Press the power button to see if the battery LED1 is always on or flashing or the battery cannot be powered off?
3. Press the power button once and see if the battery LED 2 and LED 3 are always on or flashing and the battery cannot be turned off?
4.Please check if the battery LED light will light up or not after a long-time charging, press the power button to see if the LED lights up or not. ( If there is other batteries, is it able to charged normally with this charger or not).
Use a charger for charging
① Ensure that the charging temperature range for the intelligent flight battery is within the required range;
② Ensure that an official charging cable and power adapter are provided and that the external power supply is normal;
③ Check the battery LED status, comparing to the battery LED status to confirm if the battery protection information is triggered by abnormal charging;
④ Please replace the battery to see if the charger is working normally;
⑤ Please replace the charger if possible;
⑥ After the above steps and found that using the same charger to charge multiple batteries, only one battery cannot be charged, the battery can be judged to be faulty, handled according to policy. If using the same charger, and found that all batteries cannot be charged, you can send back the battery and charger for diagnosis.
