Hello, the new DJI Neo can track a dog but my fancy Air 3 can't? What's wrong with you? Why can't the AIR 3 do it too?

I also would have liked to track my dogs or 1 atleast but it loses it immediately, kinda weak for what you pay, and I just bought the dji mobile 6 also hope it's better with tracking, and also have a mini 3 which I want to upgrade just the drone and rc for a refurbished mini 4 pro and rc-2, the mini has a little uneven motor when turning at the back it makes a little vibration sound but nothing serious the rc is practically new nit even 3 months old, and we have a rc 2 controller left joystick is broken the mechanicm inside all the functions work except for turning and up and down on the left joystick, anybody I ideas who I can talk to about a deal
