Not bad,  the weather could have been better but at least it was mostly dry,   just got some shots with a nice rainbow in it so fingers crossed they come out ok.

Always a good day when you can capture a rainbow.  Hope it comes out really well.

That would be amazing.  I've seen my fair share of rainbows over the years but never seen a double in person yet.

We saw a double in Scotland too.  Although I hear rainbows in Scotland are very common.    Sadly one of the shots didn't come out great,    I'll check the others laters.

I got my Flu Shot and C19 jab last Friday and today I'm down with a slight case of the Flu.  The Doctor assured me it was not related to getting the Flu shot and that it is probably a different strain than what this year's Flu shots were targeted at.  At least is is only a mild case (low grade fever, mild cough and sore throat).

There's a lot of it going around here.     Today SWMBOd has been told to show the MIL how to do a covid test as shes never done one and she was quite unwell whilst we were away and she wasnt sure if it was just a  cold or not.

Sounds like you need to rest up for a few days.

Doctor said lots of rest and fluids.  Unfortunately, he doesn't count beer in the lots of fluids he wants me to drink.  He told me to take some Ibuprofen and some benadryl.

Just a waiting game now for you sadly,   I think you'd be OK with Beer Zero though.

The OTC meds seem to be working.  I'm getting tired of hydrating as I'm making more often trips to the loo.
