Very common here,   the tide difference can be 6.3meter between high and low tide.

We have about the same but our shores are more pronounced.  For some reason they were dredged out. I guess to put less wear and tear on the boats. We have docks everywhere.

There are plenty of marinas around that dont dry out but they cost a lot more than this spot.

Totally understood. The areas that dry out must cost allot less.
