It has been more than a month since I emailed the China address for the replacement drone to be sent to. I have sent follow up emails but get no reply from DJI.   Perhaps you can ask them did they take a long vacation and forget about my replacement drone?

i tot that they already send you back a replacement..that's really quite sometime they are holding at......

It can get cold and sometimes I am flying at below zero and the Drone is probably flying at -10c and you can add in the wind chill factor as well.
