It would also be useful to have a more structured approach to feature requests for each device with votes for each feature and notification if the feature is implemented instead of a forum chat with AI-like set answers and just checking for release notes on firmware updates hoping that the seemingly "talking to the wall" has been implemented....

Hi there. I understand. It may seem repetitive but we want to assure you that we do submit every request or concern to the designated team to handle. While we strive to accommodate all requests, some may take time to process.  Additionally, we consider the hardware capabilities. Our team carefully evaluates each one to ensure the best possible outcome. This ensures that any changes or features we implement align with the device's capabilities. Also, the added features are normally announced on the firmware release notes. Each product has firmware release notes threads in the forum and you can also find them on the DJI official website. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi, I saw that there is already firmware to support Goggles 3 with RC 2. I too would hope for DJI to provide the feature to allow the use of Integra with RC 2 or RC N2. I am using Integra and RC N2. I think it is a good feature to allow the use of the goggles to work with the normal RC controller instead of just purely using the Motion 2. Most of those who have recently bought the Integra will feel cheated of their money if DJI only makes this feature available to the Goggles 3 users. Thanks.

That's a pity, but maybe it will happen sometimes, because a lot of people here would like to have it.
Nevertheless, thank you very much for your quick reply.

Hello Mini 4 pro community! A short time ago my friend ChatGPT told me "DJI has recently released a firmware update that enables the DJI Mini 4 Pro to work with the Googles Integra and the RC2 controller. The update includes aircraft firmware version V01.00.0300 and remote controller updates to V02.00.0300 (DJI RC2) and V01.01.0200 (DJI RC-N2), along with updates to th DJI Fly app... This update allows Mini 4 Pro users to experience FPV flying with the Googles Integra and use the RC2 controller, adressing a significant demand from the user community. " ...
Two things one; this AI is humorous, or very misinformed, Unless it takes the desires of DJI customers for a reality ! Thank you DJI for ignoring at this point the request of the community of Mini 4 pro users...

You know what? With the launching of the Googles 3 (compatible with the Mini 4 pro and RC2), it is not surprising that the compatibility Mini 4 pro + Integra has been put on hold, or will never be possible... Now we can just hope that DJI will eventually yield to demand pressure as soon as possible... keep our fingers crossed!

This is ridiculous. I just purchased a DJI Integra for my job thinking it would work with a Mini 4 Pro, only to find a pile of threads indicating that is not the case. I use these dumb drones for structural inspections because of their robust anti-collision features. Spoiler alert, trying to look at a screen with full sun isn't that great. Glad I bought these dumb things on Amazon. Shipping them right back to you DJI.

EDIT:

Just wanted to be clear, this is so ridiculous I took the time to make this account just to pile on to the many many previous posts. Also maybe consider on your webpage in giant red flashing letter making a statement along the lines of *FLASH* "incompatible with RC2 controller" *FLASH*. Anyways, package is on it's way back to you!

I now think that the Integra will never be made compatible with the RC2.
Flying with the Motion Controller 2 is also fun, but I'm annoyed that I spent so much money on this little bit of fun. Selling the Integra and Motion Controller 2 and then buying the Goggles 3 is not an option

Same here, but I don't want to give up my hope...
Common DJI, please allow us to the Integras with the RC2! I promise to buy the Googles 3 as soon as they support the O3 Air Unit, or the O4 Air unit is released! ;)

Today, despite a hundred posts on the DJI Forum about "compatibility Mini 4 Pro and Google Integra with the RC2', it seems that the M4P is still one of the only DJI drones ( with the Mavic Air 3) that can not be used in combination with the Google Integra and the RC2, so without the RC Motion 2.
Of course administrators of the DJI Forum always reply that they are very attentive to these requests and they promise to transmit scrupulously this question to DJI, but for months the updates are following and none yet allows to associate the RC2 with the M4P and Google Integra.

Finally, if the new Googles 3 now integrate this capability with the Mini 4 Pro we wonder why DJI did not do it for the Integra... if not to promote the sale of its G.3 (business don’t care customers' need)

For those who still wonder about usefulness of this association a little “unnatural”, let's specify that if the RC Motion 2 is perfect with the G.Integra for FPV flight it excludes (with the M4P) all “cinematic” functions of the RC2 (zoom, nacelle movements, complex use of joysticks, cruise control...), as if M4P users did not deserve to make beautiful photos or videos with the more precise and comfortable vision that G.Integra offer (!)(!)
In short, unless a genius has found a way to meet this need that DJI persists in ignoring, we will have just to play with Rc Motion 2 forgetting 60% of the M4P’s capabilities

Very good point !
It would be nice if DJI explains their strategy, why not making them compatible.

It would be nice to know more technical details about the products anyway:
  • How does the data transfer work?
  • What is connected to whom?
  • Who is communicating with whom?
That would perhaps also explain why the pairing is sometimes so confusing

I'm bringing this topic back up!

I've now realized that buying the Integra was a complete mistake, because I believe these goggles were an unwanted product from DJI from the start.

New products, such as the DJI NEO, which will be released soon, will be compatible with the Goggles 3, like many others.
The Integra still only works with the Motion Controller 2, compatibility with the RC2 was never intended, but DJI has been playing tricks on us for a long time in this forum and stalling us in the hope that this would happen at some point.
Even my last questions were not answered. Maybe they were too technical and DJI prefers to deal more with questions that could have been answered by reading the manual.
I've always thought highly of DJI, but I now have the feeling that their wide range of products and ever shorter product life cycles lead to that the quality of the products suffers considerably.

What a pity!

Hard to figure out why DJI refuses to allow FPV 'without' the use of the "motion" control  unit. Most of us just want to use the sticks on the control radios which we're used to.

it is exactly what DJI has been doing forever. You buy as is, when new products come out there is only rarely compatibility patched back into the old product, which technically would have no issues with being made compatible hardware wise.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

The DJI Goggles Integra are not currently compatible with the DJI Mini 3, but they are compatible with the DJI Mini 4 Pro. If you want to know whether the accessories of the aircraft are universal/compatible, such as batteries, remote controls, chargers, etc., please refer to the article below.

Aircraft Accessory Compatibility

I'm disgusted by DJI's policy.; it reminds me of Apple, and even worse. I bought Integra to be able to choose which controller to use depending on the needs of the moment, but it should have been clearly stated in the advertisements that Mini Pro 4 and Integra can only be used with MC2 and not with RC2. Well, despite the ridiculous bot-messages on this forum, we'll never be able to make that decision, simply because making this integration would reduce the sales of the Goggles 3. I will try to sell this junk of goggles, but i'm done with DJI. Disgusting...
