I am trying to read this from a photo which was send to me, but due to compression the quality is a bit poor. However, I might actually be wrong with that 5 in there. I think that 5 is either a 6 or 8. So:
- 3RLZH8V20060NA
or
- 3RLZH8V20080NA

Is it genuine and does it have anything wrong with it?

I bought a mavic pro 2 recently from someone who had receipt of purchase from B&H, but had a story as to why he was selling it to me at such a good price. He said he spent over $1700 in September,  which the receipt does confirm, and dron was in box with all seals. He said the reason he was selling at such a good deal was bc B&H told him he could not issue a return from Miami Fl, but that he was told since he purchased the drone from their story physically in NYC, that he could not do a return for refund over mail, but rather he had to go back to NYC and physically return it to store to get refund.
Please confirm that I did not get cheated, as ill admit story was odd. The serial number on box is : 163CHA6R0A4H9S
(First zero may be a letter O, if zero does not work.

Hi there, there are different serial numbers in the drone, the aircraft serial number, the gimbal serial number and so on. The number you provided is not correct, please check the the number that printed in the box, or check here https://repair.dji.com/product/s ... -a820-b1225d848b18. Thank you.
