Ordered 5/10 at 9:09am. Originally told shipping 5/25… then 5/26… the 5/31… then 6/1. What a joke. Why bother quoting dates? It just raises the boiling temp and completely deteriorates trust. Ordered to take on vacation 6/10. I don’t think DJI can pull it off. It's been in "Warehouse Processing" since 5/25. Customer Service indicates order complete, just waiting on UPS. Me thinks not.

Today, I contacted DJI customer service and they responded with a new 'Story of the Day'.
“Upon checking, the order was estimated to be shipped on or before May 26, 2022. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. This issue has caught the highest attention of DJI headquarters and they are negotiating with UPS to expedite the process.
According to the most up-to-date information, your package has arrived at the UPS site (Gardena, CA) for scanning, the tracking information will be updated on UPS's official website once the scanning is done.”
The DJI website still says ‘Warehouse Processing’ (since 5/26) and no label that I could find has been generated by DJI or UPS. Is this typical? Dropping off the package to UPS without a label and negotiating with UPS to expedite the process? |
