Please support is it possible to rollback the latest firmware?
I just want my Air2s and my RC controller as it was before. No speed limit to 19m/s and no RID. Please let me know how to rollback. I didn't want to write bad things or anything else, i am just done with DJI. This was too much of fooling.

Hi there. Thank you for your notice. May I confirm if you've initiated a request via your DJI Fly App? Make sure your DJI Fly App is updated to V1.13.0 above and request initiation. Connect your remote controller to the aircraft. Then, tap on 「Service > Cx Label Request and follow the app prompt, and complete the application form. Your Cx label will arrive by letter within 30 working days. The labels will be sent without a shipping number. Delivery time depends on local factors. Attach the Cx label to the designated location on the aircraft following the included instructions once you receive the labels.

Thank you Mindy, on Facebook Liam and Jason helped me out as well and the status shows that it has been shipped but to be honest, i am not sure if to believe it but thats not in your hands anymore. I just feel strange when yesterday you guys ran out of labels and out of nowhere today so many shipped..let's hope the best - curious to see when the first member gets his label.

How much is the new firmware slowing the drone down? The official specs state that max speed is 19m/s

The specs should have not be changed at all. The 2021 manual tells 19, 15 and 5 m/s max speed in the 3 modes and those speeds are C1 compliant.
But I’ve not tried the drone with the new firmware and I cannot confirm. I kindly ask people that want to rollback the firmware to better explain what are the differences they experienced.
