Please I use my DJI drone for work and for some time now I'm not able to open DJI fly. Thought it was corrupted so I reinstalled and still the same problem. I am using an Itel A70. Why can DJI just share the link to the new/updated software on their website?
Kindly share with me the link I need it to fly my drone for a job tomorrow

I have a Motorola edge 2022 with android 13 and latest updates, and the DJI fly app recently started crashing as soon as I start the app. Tried troubleshooting like the others here. Can I also get the link to the latest? Thanks

Still broken 1st October 2024 using A33 - APK download fails to install due to conflict with Google permissions.

The solution is to turn off the Google Play Store app's Play Protect service temporarily during installation.

You no longer need the temporary file. The latest FLY App works fine as far as loading correctly on Android...

I have a one plus pro 9 and the app doesn't work as well it stated the app is made for an older version of Android and my android version is 14. And when I try to install it it states the privacy has not been updated and it won't install

Please follow the steps below and see if it can isolate the issue.

1. Please download the latest version of the APP from the DJI official website instead of from Google Play.

2. Please click on "More Details" then click on "Install Anyway" to install.

3. Or you can also follow this path to turn off Google Play Protect options and test again: Google Play — Profile — Play Protect — Setting — Turn off below two options — Re-install App and test again.

Feel free to contact us again should the issue persists.

To ensure that we continue to provide you with premium product and service experiences, DJI regularly optimizes resource allocation to support the development and application of new products and technologies. As a result, we have decided to discontinue support services for the Mavic Air and its accessories starting January 1, 2025. We apologize for the inconvenience, as services for this product have been suspended, and we are unable to provide relevant technical support and after-sales repair services. Also running into this same issue, have tried all listed "fixes" online to no avail. Google pixel 8 pro, current software update on phone and most recent DJI fly app from the official website updated. Can't use my drone at all, would love a solution
