Hi all, this is a known issue about the gimbal noise and our engineers are working on it. And now we would like to release a beta firmware to your DJI account to update for this case. Could you leave me your account address? Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you in advance.

Hi all, the beta is available for accounts provided above, please check, let me know if you haven't received it. Thank you.
Hi Thor,
I have not received the Beta version in my account (somendras@gmail.com). My account shows only the current version V01.04.0602.
IT GENERALLY OCCURS BEFORE EITHER YOUR SENSOR OR YOUR RIBBON IS GOING TO FAIL ON YOU. IF THAT IS FOLLOWED BY NO IMAGE TRANSMISSION MESSAGE OR NO SERVICE MESSAGE THEN MOST PROBABLY ITS PROBLEM WITH RIBBON. FOR TEMPORARY REPAIREMENT YOU CAN RESTART YOUR AIRCARAFT AND TRY AGAIN. IF STILL NOT FUCTIONING TRY CALLIBRATIONG YOUR COMPASS THEN IMU AND VISION SENSOR (WITH THE HELP OF DJI ASSISTANT 2) AND AFTER THAT TRY CALLIBRATING GIMBLE.
You are welcome. It's my pleasure to help to solve the problem. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time, we're glad to help.

I believe that for most users here it generally occurs AFTER flashing with a bad firmware version, not BEFORE any sensors or ribbons fail.
Also the normal advise is to calibrate the IMU, then the Compas, but none of this would help solve the gimbal noise.
Also it is a very good idea to calibrate the Caps Lock before posting in a forum like this. ;-)

Nice one on Caps lock. I was working on modelling process while commenting so forgot about that.
I Just purchased the p4 pro plus unboxed it and did firm update and i have this issue i talked to tech support and ship to them. im hoping its something simple for i dont have to ship and wait 4 weeks i would
rather return it and keep my money. any help wld be great. And the remote also failed at working . it just says unfortunately ,dji go 4 has stopped. any help with that wld be good.

It is said the beta only solves the gimbal vibration and gimbal calibration failed. For your case, did the drone crash before? Would you mind providing me a video for a better confirmation?
I'm sorry I've been out of town. The P4pro has been crashed but was doing this prior to the crash. As you can see in the video (after calibrating the camera when pointing up as shown in another post) when you start the Phantom 4 pro the camera is slightly turned left. As you are flying when you make any turn the camera turns hard to the left and stays in that position until you turn the unit off. When you turn the unit back on it starts out just slightly left as shown in the video and repeats same pattern.

Hi, if you also have this issue, please provide me with your DJI account, I'll forward the beta to you.
For your RC, have you tried to refresh the RC's firmware? Please use an SD card and download the firmware files to update, see if this helps.

Phantom 4 Pro
Hi, I had checked your video, please send the drone in for repair. We will diagnose when it arrives. Please fill in some info on our online repair link of our official web and then send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/en/SelfRepair/Area
We will do our best to help this out. Thank you.
Hi, I have been wondering about the strange noise my Phantom 4 Pro has developed and there seems to be a software solution. Could you send me the beta to: seeingredmedia@yahoo.com
You can find it in DJI Assistant 2 and then you can flash the firmware. Please try it later. We will help you add it as soon as possible. Any question, let us know.

Good Afternoon Thor.
I am also having the same problem. Loud Noise when turn on the P4P, video trembling and Gimbal calibration freeze at 50%. Can you please send me the beta as well?
