Hi sir, it is normal that the gimbal is soft and not pointing to the center when there is no power. Please help to confirm if the gimbal works properly when you power on the drone.
BTW, it seems the drone was crashed before, right? If yes, please send it back for repair, coz the gimbal anti-vibration board doesn't seem proper.

yes, the drone fell from a height of about 4m on its first flight, it was in front of me and simply erased. I do not know what happened, if I can I can send the recording of the flight by email. but I think this fall has not interfered with Gimbal, right?

Thank you, I'll check my email ASAP.

Im using Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, and before the update there were no issues with video signal, and now it is completely lost. Also proxy video wont record on my device. I'll check the video from sd card, but even if it records - I still wont be able to properly control my aircraft without any image on my phone.

The update was waiting for me to login at the DJI App, once the firmware updated the noise stopped and seems to be gone, tested for 10 minutes, I'll turn it on again in a few days to see if it keeps being OK...

Hi, since the drone has crashed, and as you can see the gimbal anti-vibration board is tilted abnormally, I can't confirm if the beta could resolve your issue, please connect the drone to a PC and log in your account, the beta should be on the list. If it doesn't help, for the safety of flight, please kindly send it back so we can help to do an overall check.
