Hi all, this is a known issue about the gimbal noise and our engineers are working on it. And now we would like to release a beta firmware to your DJI account to update for this case. Could you leave me your account address? Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you in advance.
Hi, I just bought a brand new Phantom 4 Pro on Amazon, before making any flight after upgrading my RC was blocked and after trying the online assistence I had to send it to the EU Assistance in Netherlands. When the RC came back I turned the system on and a message appeared to upgrade the drone. I went trough the procedure and after that the gimbal started to buzz and vibrate! It sometimes stops, but I tried several times and always buzz and vibrations are there. I tried to calibrate it, but the procedure stops at 50%. If you already released the fixing can you tell me where I can find it? Thanks

I got it this time. Thank you so very much. I updated and most of the gimbal noise is gone. It can calibrate now also. It still has occasional gimbal noise only when moving camera downward at a 45 degree angle which makes video jumpy. Test flight was good. Thank you again for your help.
Sorry for this case. Our engineers are working on it. At present, we will release a beta for users who had encountered this problem. And the firmware will be at your account later. Please check.

I still got no idea what is happening with my P4P.
I've upgraded software to beta, still camera moves only up after start and I can't move it.
Few times I was trying to reset to factory settings and calibrate IMU and compas. Sudennly it started to work without any issues.
I was able to fly, move camera, stabilization was fine.
I've disconnected battery to charge it and again after start camera move only up and stays 20-30 deg up.

Hi Thor, even though this is the Phantom 4 Pro, I have a Phantom 4, and is doing the exact same thing that these units are doing.
For Phantom 4, our engineers are still working on it, hope they can work it not asap. Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
I was told the firmware had pushed once I replied you. I'll help to confirm again. And please make sure that the internet is available when accessing it. Appreciate your patience.

Internet is available. I had DJI rep from Facebook say he had them push it too. Nothing is showing but this version with latest DJI Assistant app

That is abnormal. Could you please send me another account to access the beta?
Another account? I only have one account for logging on. You're proposing I make a new one because you cannot send the update to my other account? What's so special about mine it won't accept some bits and bytes from your server.
This is really getting on my nerves. Perfectly working P4P until I install your software and cannot use it.

I will help to push the beta once again. But if you still haven't received it, I suggest checking the account that you provided on the PM, or registering another DJI account just for accessing the beta.
Had received your PM, the beta should be available since the day I replied on 343#. You need the internet to access the beta, or please try to connect it to DJI Assistant 2. Let me know if you haven't received. Appreciate it.

Help. I updated the firmware and now have the same buzzy gimbal. Can someone send me the beta and instructions on how to get it into DJI assistant or onto the aircraft? colin@ckfilms.com
