Just for information the DJI GO after phantom 4 APP cause a dysfunction on your android phone (tested on meizu mx 6 pro (work very perfectly !!) and huawei) if you say "always" when app ask if you want dedicated usb port for her, you block the charge from power and can charge you phone exclusivly by an usb connect to a pc... seem need recognize USB transfer protocol for charging... so use each time "one time" option and continue to charge normaly... i think it's a bug for a dedicated usb use
