Hello, I just got a second hand Phantom 2 Vision +, great conditions and I upgraded to new assistant 3.80 but now gimbal is dead!In the assistant there is no more Vision + but only Phantom 2 Vision.
Just did a hard reset to FC and put last firmware but nothing...

It's like it can't see the gimbal...and in the update window the same, no more zen imu...what's happened??

Did someone has the same problem and solved it? Thank you in advance to everybody!

Mine did the same thing after upgrade. I got online with DJI support and the only fix was to RMA my unit so they could reload THE zen imu FIRMWARE. now at week two and will be waiting for DJI to finish and ship back to me. Sorry but there was no fix. Tried all kinds of fixes and to no avail. RMA was only remaining option.

Same problem here. No gimbal visible in the assistant software anymore after upgrade to 3.12. I can see the camera image on my phone. I have the V2.0.
Still waiting for any signs of life from the support crew to tell me what to do.
