Just purchased my Mavic.

I think I will be using the controller with my iPhone and iPad Mini.

Problem is, when I use the iPad I have to remove the little plastic slider from the controller.  This tiny part is very easy to lose.

If I ever do lose it how can I replace it?  I don't see it as an accessory on the DJI store.

You should have spare ones that you received with the original order.

I can look tonight but if I remember correct, there was one in each package of the individual short cables.

If you look at the picture on the DJI store site for the Mavic which shows the contents of the box, it shows 4 of the sliders.

1) Just checked and you do get 1 in each RC cable pack.  Problem is they are different sizes depending on the connection.

2) If I buy an additional RC cable does the slider come with it?

I don't know as I have never ordered one.  I only use my Ipad Mini and don't see the point of using the Iphone as well.  So I just stored the slider away with the original cable in my bag if it's ever needed again.

It isn't needed anyway.

One per cable, plus the one that was already installed,  3 in total.

Yes one per cable but they are different sizes. So if you lose the lightning one the other two won't fit.

I don't expect to ever use it again, but I did the same thing with it I do with all tiny parts: put it in a Ziploc bag. I then put that bag back into the Mavic's original box, so I'll know where to find it if I ever do have need of it again.
