Just tried flying the Mavic with the controller only.  I've noticed that no flight data is recorded to the DJI app even after re-connecting my iPhone to the controller and aircraft.

Is that correct?

... that is what I asked DJI Support some time ago, when app crashes flight data is lost... they told me that flight data is in controller but app doesn't collect that data after a restart! They promissed me to take a look at it for future update!

I'm allmost sure there will be flight data on the MP itself... shouldn't be that hard to collect that data later on when connnecting phone ore restart of app after crash!
