Hi im having problem loosing the camera with my iphone 6 plus, i was wondering if somebody have the same problem, i change for my wife iphone 5 and the drone works perfect.

Is your wife's iPhone actually a 5S or SE, or are you using the old Go3 app? People have noted that lint and debris up in the phone's connector can cause connectivity issues -- sounds like it's not the cable if your wife's phone works fine.

My wife has an iphone 5 s and works fine but with my 6 plus gives this problem

I have iphone 7 and iPhone 6 Plus and both work fine, (apart from having to remove my case to use with controller) make sure it's plugged correctly and put into airplane mode, if sunny whack the brightness right up and turn off auto brightness too

Best advice I ever got in here. Get an iPad mini 4. Gives an all round better experience. Everything bigger, clearer...etc etc

iPhone 6+ user here.  Zero problems besides occasional disconnect from DJIGO4.  Same thing happens in Litchi, but it seems to reconnect just fine seconds later.  Maybe happens once every 3 batteries or so, very rarely.

I have the 6 plus and have had no problems after 19 flights.  This is only my first week of ownership though.  I thought about the ipad 4 mini. I tried a Samsung E tab for a couple of flights and besides the lag and glitchy video that would pop up I found that I preferred the more compact size of the iPhone to a tablet.  Visually it is fine for me. Just seems more suited to a compact Mavic platform and RC.

No problems here ever with iphone 6s plus.   I think you need to reinstall the DJI Go 4 App on the 6s plus.
