Mavic Pro will not descend in a scenario using active track when decreasing altitude such as snowboarding. Will the spark descend down hill during active track? I posted almost a week ago, but I noticed a lot of you just started getting your sparks in hand.

Answered my own question. Since I got so many replies I found this gentleman's YouTube video showing it will active track downhill                                                        I can see from all the replies I got from super eager drone flyers that you're all interested in knowing this information, so please don't all thank me at once I don't think my computer can handle all the replies at once. Please be gentle on the gratitude snowboarders.

I was looking for an answer to this, thanks.  7 mph down a slope isn't very fast though... Hoping for some more feedback.  Devanss, did you ever get one and try it on the slopes?

I am quite sure that's what Spark can do, for now. Just not sure how high/fast she can do.

The spark can follow downhill but at low speed.

Nice video, and great experience, has this footage been captured with a Spark? If so then good job ;-)

No drone avoids the trees by themselves, they will go very flat,
I imagine that the processing of obstacles is heavy

Well, as far as I understand the Mavic and the Spark cannot decent during follow modes. They hold the same altitude. You can clearly see that in the two videos in this thread...

if you set the home point in dynamic and go to active track, follow me, profile mode, he updates the altitude of the home point and then drops with you,
what you see in the video has been mounted in post production and of course in some strands it was left at the same rate voluntarily.

Really great video.
You can see Spark hesitate from time to time (should I descent or not)
