How do I change the format of the video recoding on the spark cannot see it at all

sadly there's nothing you can change under video format.....

So how do I get the video on my phone from memory card

You can either use the cached video (720p feed from the Spark on your phone) or just copy the video files from the SD card externally.

Sorry the video format cannot be changed.
