I sent my MX to California for repair in early May.
To their credit, the assessed and repaired the gimbal very quickly.
I was hoping for a quick turnaround - something I have never expeinced with DJI repair services before.
Not so! It sat in the "will ship in 1.2 business days" for 3 weeks. It was FINALLY shipped on June 15th, after countless phonecalls and emails.
I opened the box today, and its missing one of the handles.....
Seriously disappointed with this utter disregard for their after-sales service.
