Hi, I got last week the DJI Spark and I want to solve different questions and doubts that I have and I cannot figure out. I hope u can help me as far there is no information in spanish, a spanish number where to call either and most of the doubt i have aren't in any english instructions in your web page anyway.

1. How far and high can get to drone depending on the control? I mean, how far and high with gesture control, the same with cellphone and the same with remote control.
2. How far and high does it get with the helix quick shot mode?
3. There is any trick or thing to take into acount when active mode is on? The drone very easily loses the person/object to follow and it doesnt work very well
4. What is the tripod mode and why it is made for?
5. In which modes do not the sensor work? Im afraid to use dronnie quick shot mode but as far as it flights backwards it may not work. Please help with this, its very important
6. Does the drone support any fast charge? or it takes the same no matter what kind of charger we use?
7. Does an iPad mini fit in the remote control? it fits 13.47 cm x 0.75 cm x 20 cm
8.  When it will be available the complete pack with the remote control, extra batteries and so on?
9. I read somewhere, I dont remember where, that there was a maximum height to fly the drone above the sea level. which is this height?

2/ not sure
3/don't move to quick wear different clothes than your surroundings
4/for video min speed easier to control on full throttle
5/ sport, doesn't work backwards only forwards
6/it is what it is maybe dji will bring out faster charger, but it's quick to charge
7/yes iPad mini fits
8/what planet you on . It's already available
9/ There's a maximum height above anywhere you fly sea level, ground level, GRAVE level

8/ is available worldwide from dji store just checked
9/ I do understand,, maximum height of spark is 500 meters, your country will have a height limit let's say 120 meters that's as high as you can legally fly this is measured from the ground underneath the drone.

The Mavic has been flown at much higher limits than 4000 meters so maybe the spark can go higher but the thinner the air the more strain on cpu IMU motors so I suppose climb a mountain and see.

3/4/5 are all answered in the manual.

8. yeah, it is worldwide but this products are not phyisically in spain yet, not even in official shops, and i need to know exactly when they will be because im going to a big trip in 2 weeks. thats why im asking

and yeah, i will have to try in higher altitude.. lets see what happens

i got an answer from customer service and they answer few questions, but i think i disagree with some of them, as far as I read or watch different videos, like in the 1st one:

3. There is any trick or thing to take into account when active mode is on? No, there is no trick needed in doing active track, you just         need to make sure that its atleast 10m above.

6. Does the drone support any fast charge? Yes it will work with any USB fast charger.

I specially disagree with 2 and 7, according to some of the topics of this forum.

9.  height? Max Service Ceiling Above Sea Level 13,123 feet (4,000 m) or...500 meters above your immediate ground level, whichever you reach first. (ie: if you are 3750 meters above sea level the drone will fly a maximum of 250 meters above you but if you are 3500 meters above sea level the the drone will fly to its maximum height to 500 meters above you..)

It is completely flat, but like more than 4000m above sea level.

You are totally right

I found out yesterday that after editing the original videos with DJI app (i did it in iPad) the video loses a lot of quality, whether I do it manually or the app does its own authomatic edition. This edition its nice but when I download the video to the iPad gallery it loses a lot of quality, both my edition or DJI app one.

The chat customer service told me that is was just like that.. and i was like.. WTF! What the poin in editing videos by the APP if it loses huge quality? THERE IS NO SENSE!

There any solution for this? Any way in order not to lose quality?

dronnie and helix not at all

impossible to fix them. i dont know what to do
