I think you will have to explain that in more detail, and perhaps also use larger typeface, I can hardly read that.

If  the bars are red that means vps is not on or there is not enough light. Water can also cause it not to work properly. If you fly over water at low altitude its best to turn it off.

That's if you are going lower than 10 metres (where it tries to use VPS but has difficulty determining the surface), in which case the craft still flies but you need to keep your wits about you in case it makes a bad decision. VLOS is therefore quite important.
